The Head Project would be about the content, themes and ideas I have found repeated in my work. Nature is a repeated theme which I could develop into the idea of the circle of life, the concept of life and death etc. But since I also did some people in my work I would be interested to explore how I could express the relationship between humans and animals/nature or of how they interact and affect one another in both good and bad ways. For the Head Project I want to do the circle of life.
The Heart Project would be about the subjects, mediums, forms/processes I used and enjoyed. Common subjects were plants, flowers and mushrooms as well as people-faces and eyes. I enjoy painting and doing watercolor or acrylic as well as incorporating pen and ink to make somewhat mixed media pieces. I've been thinking of combining faces and nature in a variety of ways which I will expand upon further in my thumbnail sketches. So, for the Heart Project I want to do people in nature.
